This lightweight carbon fiber probe is 280 cm long and has all characteristics of a real professional probe. It is retractable, which making it the first choice for many rescue organizations and mountain guides. 13 mm diameter and carbon fiber material make it incredibly stiff, break-proof and precise. It also has a steel cable tensioning system, which guarantees maximum rigidity. Thanks to its PFA quick assembly system can it assembles in just a few seconds and detaches and folds just as easily.
The rubberized grip also ensures safe, ice-free handling underneath all conditions.
As with all our probes, the CARBON 280+ PFA has a
visual guidance system with depth markers and a clear 1 meter marker.
