A TARP PROVIDES NECESSARY weather protection while maintaining the feeling of being completely outdoors. In addition, a tarp can be used to create an airy patio at the tent entrance or as a kitchen some distance away from the tent site for greater safety in bear areas. The areas of use for the tarp are almost endless and it can be set up with hiking poles, paddles or poles and strung up between trees.

Tarp 10 has a more traditional rectangular shape. A stronger XP version, made in Kerlon SP, a very strong silicone-coated polyester. The model is supplied with mounted 3-millimeter stay lines and line tensioners.

* Kerlon 1200 is a 70 denier ripstop nylon 6 fabric, 100% silicone coated on both sides with a total of three layers. It is treated for UV protection during the dyeing and coating process. It weighs 68 g/m², has a 20 kg tear strength, and can withstand a 3000 mm water column.
